1. Tiers de comisión
Tu tasa de comisión depende de tu número de tiendas activas pagando:

Tu tasa queda lockeada por tienda al tier que tenías cuando esa tienda empezó a pagar; alcanzar un tier más alto aplica a las tiendas referidas después.
2. Sobre qué se calcula la comisión
La comisión se calcula sobre el Monto Comisionable de cada tienda referida, cada mes, por hasta 12 meses por tienda desde su primer mes en un plan pagado.
El Monto Comisionable es todo lo que la tienda le pagó a Fittly ese mes (cuota del plan más cargos por uso), menos la Tarifa de Generación de IA multiplicada por el número de generaciones que hizo esa tienda ese mes. Es neto de reembolsos, créditos y descuentos, excluye impuestos que pague la tienda, y nunca es menor que cero.
La Tarifa de Generación de IA es de US$0,135 por generación. Es una tarifa fija publicada, no un costo variable, y solo cambia prospectivamente con aviso.
Por qué la base es neta: cada try-on tiene un costo directo de generación con IA incluido en lo que la tienda paga. La comisión se aplica sobre el ingreso que queda después de ese costo, que es el ingreso real del servicio. Así tu comisión escala de forma sana con tiendas de cualquier volumen.
Ejemplo ilustrativo. Eres Bronze (20%). Refieres una tienda en el plan Growth: US$19 al mes más US$0,18 por generación. En un mes hace 500 generaciones, así que le paga a Fittly US$19 + US$90 = US$109. La Tarifa de Generación de IA de ese mes es 500 × US$0,135 = US$67,50. El Monto Comisionable es US$109 − US$67,50 = US$41,50, y ganas 20% × US$41,50 = US$8,30 ese mes, de forma recurrente por hasta 12 meses mientras la tienda siga pagando.
3. Cuándo cobras
La comisión se gana tras el primer pago exitoso de una tienda y el vencimiento de la ventana de reembolso de 30 días. Las comisiones aprobadas se pagan mensualmente en USD, dentro de 45 días del cierre de mes, netas de cualquier retención tributaria aplicable. Los fees del método de pago (PayPal, Wise) los asumes tú.
Tu panel de partner muestra, por cada tienda y cada mes: lo que pagó la tienda, cuántas generaciones hizo, la Tarifa de Generación de IA aplicada, el Monto Comisionable resultante y tu comisión.
4. Cupo de contenido y premios por milestone
Al ser aprobado recibes un cupo de 50 generaciones de try-on con IA por mes para crear contenido que promocione Fittly. Es solo para creación de contenido, intransferible, sin valor en efectivo y no puede revenderse.
Los premios se desbloquean al alcanzar estos números de tiendas activas pagando. Se basan en el número más alto que alcanzas y, una vez desbloqueados, permanecen (salvo revocación por fraude o incumplimiento). Son independientes de tu tier de comisión:
- 5 tiendas: cupo aumentado a 100 generaciones de contenido por mes.
- 15 tiendas: acceso temprano y beta a nuevas funciones.
- 30 tiendas: acceso directo al equipo de Fittly, oportunidades de co-marketing y lanzamientos anticipados.
5. Atribución de referidos
La atribución es única y first-touch: cada tienda se acredita a un solo partner, se registra en el primer evento válido de la tienda y persiste a través de reinstalaciones. Una tienda ya atribuida a otro partner no puede reclamarse, y una tienda que no quedó registrada a ningún código queda sin atribuir. No se permiten auto-referidos: tiendas propias o en las que tengas participación o interés económico. Los registros de Fittly son la fuente autoritativa de atribución.
6. Relación con el Partner Agreement
Estos Program Terms forman parte de, y deben leerse junto con, el Fittly Partner Agreement, que recibes al ser aprobado y aceptas al inscribirte. En caso de conflicto, el Partner Agreement rige en materias legales.

Your commission rate depends on your number of active paying stores:

Your rate is locked per store at your tier when that store starts paying; reaching a higher tier applies to stores referred afterward.
2. What the commission is calculated on
Commission is calculated on the Commissionable Amount of each referred store, each month, for up to 12 months per store from its first month on a paid plan.
The Commissionable Amount is everything the store paid Fittly that month (plan fee plus usage charges), less the AI Generation Fee multiplied by the number of generations that store made that month. It is net of refunds, credits and discounts, excludes any taxes the store pays, and is never less than zero.
The AI Generation Fee is US$0.135 per generation. It is a published fixed rate, not a variable cost, and only changes prospectively with notice.
Why the base is net: every try-on has a direct AI generation cost included in what the store pays. Commission applies to the revenue left after that cost, which is the real revenue of the service. This keeps your commission scaling healthily with stores of any volume.
Illustrative example. You are Bronze (20%). You refer a store on the Growth plan: US$19 per month plus US$0.18 per generation. In one month it makes 500 generations, so it pays Fittly US$19 + US$90 = US$109. The AI Generation Fee for that month is 500 × US$0.135 = US$67.50. The Commissionable Amount is US$109 − US$67.50 = US$41.50, and you earn 20% × US$41.50 = US$8.30 that month, recurring for up to 12 months while the store keeps paying.
3. When you get paid
Commission is earned after a store's first successful payment and the expiry of its 30-day refund window. Approved commissions are paid monthly in USD, within 45 days of month-end, net of any required tax withholding. Payment-method fees (PayPal, Wise) are borne by you.
Your partner panel shows, for each store and each month: what the store paid, how many generations it made, the AI Generation Fee applied, the resulting Commissionable Amount and your commission.
4. Content allowance and milestone rewards
Upon approval you receive an allowance of 50 AI try-on generations per month to create content promoting Fittly. It is for content creation only, non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be resold.
Rewards unlock when you reach these numbers of active paying stores. They are based on the highest number you reach and, once unlocked, they remain (except revocation for fraud or breach). They are independent of your commission tier:
- 5 stores: increased allowance of 100 content generations per month.
- 15 stores: early and beta access to new features.
- 30 stores: direct access to the Fittly team, co-marketing opportunities and early launches.
5. Referral attribution
Attribution is single and first-touch: each store is credited to one partner, recorded at the store's first qualifying event, and persists across reinstalls. A store already attributed to another partner cannot be claimed, and a store not tracked to any code is unattributed. Self-referrals are not allowed: your own stores or stores in which you have an ownership or financial interest. Fittly's records are the authoritative source of attribution.
6. Relationship to the Partner Agreement
These Program Terms form part of, and should be read together with, the Fittly Partner Agreement, which you receive upon approval and accept when enrolling. In case of conflict, the Partner Agreement governs on legal matters.
